How to recover hacked COD Mobile account

Step 1: Activision has made it really to recover hacked accounts. All you have to do is complete the process and file an Activision Account Recovery Request here.

Step 2: If your account is still linked to your PlayStation, Steam, Xbox, or Battle.net account, sign in them here.

If not, click “I don’t have any account linked.” Then, log in to your Activision account. Alternatively, you can click “I can’t log in to my account” to create a temporary account.

Step 3: The following procedures vary on different users and requests. Simply follow Activision’s steps and you should be good to go.

Bear in mind that this process is only for hacked and legitimate accounts. If your account was banned, blocked, or blacklisted, then this might not be for you.

Activision also notes that the recovery process may take up to 24 hours, possibly due to verification processes. Also, while there’s a high possibility that you’d still get back your account, there’s no 100% certainty that you will.

How to access COD Mobile on a different or new device

Now, let’s say you lost your smartphone or you bought a new one, can you still use your old COD Mobile account? Yes, thanks to cloud saving.

Step 1: This step is quite crucial, and if you’re only doing this after you’ve already lost your phone, then it may not work. Essentially, what you want is to sign in to Call of Duty Mobile using Google Play or “Sign in with Apple”.

But what we find best is to sign in with Facebook, so you can easily switch between platforms (iOS, Android) with ease.

Now that your account is signed in, the game will periodically make a cloud save on the signed-in account.

Step 2: On the new device, simply download Call of Duty Mobile and sign in using Google Play, Apple, or Facebook. And basically, that’s it.
