How to unsubscribe TNT promos

As of writing, TNT doesn’t offer an option for prepaid users to unsubscribe or stop from their existing promos. However, you can still subscribe to a new one as it will be stacked with your existing subscription.

Will I get a refund when I stop my Smart or TNT promo?

Unfortunately, no. Your canceled prepaid promo will not be converted into money or a regular load. Personally, we suggest not stopping your existing promo and just subscribe to any additional promo you want since they will be stacked up anyway.

Can you use multiple Smart/TNT promos at the same time?

Yes. You can subscribe to a new one and the data allocation from your existing promo will be stacked to the next one.

This is useful if you’re on a long vacation and you want to add more days and data allocation (GBs) to your promo, so you can continuously share pictures on social media and communicate with friends and family.
