Where to find the PLDT account number?

There are a couple of ways you can know your PLDT account number. There’s your monthly bill or account statement, which we prefer as it’s the most convenient and accessible way. Plus, you can also use your old receipts, text messages, email, or by contacting PLDT.

Monthly bill

One of the easiest ways to find your account number is through your bill, since it’s a document you get on a monthly basis.

On their latest layout, your account number is printed on the top right corner, under the billing information in between your statement date and telephone number. PLDT’s billing statement can come in the form of a physical paper or digitally through their app (more on this later).

Old receipts

As said earlier, the account number is the key requirement when settling your monthly bill. This also means that these important numbers will be listed on the receipts you get after you’ve made a payment.

This applies to the physical paper receipts you get from over-the-counter payments, or email and text confirmation from online banks and e-wallet apps like GCash or Maya.

PLDT myHome account

You can also check your PLDT myHome app account to see your account number. The said number is located on the top left, right next to the PLDT logo.

The PLDT app is available on both Google Play Store for Android and Apple App Store for iOS and iPadOS devices. However, you need your account number to set up an account. You can use the other methods in this tutorial to help you find your account number and use it on the app registration. But once it’s all set up, you can easily access the app in case you forgot your account number again.

Text message

You can also check your text messages to know your PLDT account number. If your mobile number is linked to your PLDT account, you shall get payment reminders and payment receipt confirmation from the telco.

In addition, you should receive a text confirmation if you’re paying via e-wallet services, mobile banks, and others — all of these SMS should contain your PLDT account number.
