If there’s ever been a good reason to go and get a 5th Gen iPod Touch, that reason is here now. Apparently, the online Apple Store now sells the 16GB variant for just Php11,690, making it one of the most affordable of the current generation of iOS devices. Unfortunately, you’ll have to make do without the loop, which is sold separately on the 16GB model, but hey, at that price, I’m not complaining.
Now, if you want to move up in storage capacity, you’re naturally going to have to shell out a little more. Here’s what the pricing looks like between the 16GB, 32GB and 64GB models:
- 16GB iPod Touch Php11,690 (from Php12,490)
- 32GB iPod Touch Php14,690 (from Php16,490)
- 64GB iPod Touch Php17,690 (from Php21,490)
That 16GB iPod Touch is looking like a pretty sweet deal right now, although don’t expect local stores to carry that kind of pricing just yet. For now, just head on to the online Apple Store since they throw in free engraving and shipping anyway.
I bought my iPod Touch 5 32GB at 13K…
Huh?At that price I can get a high end phone already with expandable Micro SD up to 64GB and 128GB memory. More features, games, videos, camera, etc. not just music at lower price. Have you check out the one that sells out at Lazada dude and people can just wait for the LTE variant still at a lower cost. I don’t think Apple can still dominate unless its price becomes crazy competitive against those can provide better price, specs, and performance. Just do the math again dude.
