Apple-Animojis-iPhone

If you want Animojis, go get the Apple iPhone X.

Apple has officially shut down claims that the Animojis feature of the widely popular iPhone X will soon make its way to older devices.

The feature works by recording the voice and facial expressions of the user which then translates it to Animojis. It’s extremely popular in social media as of the moment, and it has ignited a viral karaoke craze.

Recently, news broke out that the feature could possibly reach other iPhones as well. Several online sources as well as popular tech YouTuber, MKBHD, believed that the feature (and Face ID) doesn’t use the iPhone X’s TrueDepth camera system to convert the facial expressions into an Animoji.

However, Apple ended these rumors by saying that it won’t work on any other smartphone they’ve made. Without the new sensors present on the iPhone X, the experience would be so much worse that Apple decided not push it to old handsets.

If you really want the Animoji and Face ID features, be prepared because it would cost you a lot of money. Find out the latest iPhone X price here.
