RetroArch, a popular gaming emulator, has finally made its way to iOS devices, offering support for a wide range of gaming systems including Nintendo DS, PSP, SNES, PlayStation, and more.

Previously available on PC, Linux, Android, and Mac, RetroArch was not accessible on iOS due to Apple’s strict guidelines for the App Store. However, with recent changes in Apple’s policies, RetroArch can now be downloaded on iPhones and iPads.

This gaming emulator serves as a frontend for various game console emulators, allowing users to play games from systems like Atari, Bandai, Nintendo, Sega, Sony, and more. Some of the supported consoles include Nintendo’s N64, SNES, Game Boy, and Nintendo DS, as well as Sony’s PlayStation and PSP. RetroArch also offers full MFi controller support, enabling users to use their favorite Bluetooth controllers for a better gaming experience.

Since Apple’s update last month allowing game emulators on the App Store, RetroArch is just one of many new apps that have emerged. With a wide array of supported systems and the ability to consolidate multiple emulators into one app, RetroArch aims to provide a convenient gaming solution for iOS users without downloading too many apps.
