China Mobile just held the commercial launch for 5.5G, also known as 5GA and 5G-Advanced, and the phones that will have it are coming very soon. This new tech promises 300% faster speeds with up to 10Gbps down and 1Gbps up. It has the technical name of 3GPP Release 18.
