Globe, in acknowledging the importance of smartphones to its customers, is running an exclusive gadget care promotion meant especially for its postpaid plan subscribers.

Dubbed the Gadget Xchange program, which already began last January 22 and will last until March 31, 2024, this is available to existing postpaid customers to apply for or those who will renew a GPlan.

Similar to someone insuring a car or a house, Globe’s Gadget Xchange program seeks to provide customers with critical support for their devices in case of breakage.

In addition to extending the protection of the device, the program is also designed with continuous connectivity and protection in mind.

The Gadget Xchange program has the following features:

  • Device Switch: customers to exchange their device with another for a similar model but of a different color or with another model but with the same price.
  • Screen Replacement: replacement of the device’s screen in case of damage.
  • Device Replacement: replacement of the customer’s device in case of theft or loss.

Head of Globe Consumer Mobile Postpaid Jo Anne Illescas, speaking about the program, said that Globe is “more than just a telecom provider,” but a “partner” in their customers’ digital journey. Importantly, she highlights the program’s importance in providing more than just “exceptional connectivity” but also “peace of mind in the digital world”.
