OPPO took a major change in its product line last year. Instead of launching another F series to succeed the F11, the brand unexpectedly unveiled the OPPO A9 2020. The device was its first attempt to expand the more affordable A series to the higher mid-range segment.
The OPPO A9 2020 is just like any other mid-range smartphone. It has a 6.5-inch HD+ IPS display, with 1600 x 720 pixel resolution and it’s also powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 665, 8GB of RAM and 128GB storage, which is expandable via microSD up to 256GB.
Optics-wise, it has quad rear cameras with a 48-megapixel main shooter. The other three lenses include 8-megapixel (ultra-wide), 2-megapixel (mono), and 2-megapixel (depth).
The phone also features a huge 5,000 mAh battery, face unlock and a fingerprint scanner at the back.
