Tizen may not have the success that Samsung once hoped it would have, but the mobile operating system is still alive. The latest device to come equipped with it is a smartphone, the new Samsung Z3.
It succeeds the Samsung Z1 and offers substantially better hardware, but don’t bother comparing it to the likes of high-end Android smartphones. It has a 5-inch HD display, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage and a 1.3GHz quad-core processor.
As for the software, the Samsung Z1 comes with a data saving mode and power saving mode for optimizing mobile data usage and battery life, respectively. Both front and back cameras have f/2.2 aperture. Selfie-centric shooting modes are available for the front-facing camera.
