Next week, Xiaomi will be celebrating its fifth anniversary. And what better way to celebrate it than to announce more devices? According to reports, the Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 will be among these new devices.
Not much is known about the Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, although a leaked image (as seen below) surfaced in December last year. This image apparently shows what the upcoming tablet will look like, including a drastically different design. The screen size, however, will remain the same at 7.9 inches diagonal.
In addition, the Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 reportedly will offer a 1.8GHz Intel processor, 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of internal storage. It may also come preinstalled with Android Lollipop, with MIUI custom skin loaded on top.
Everything will be clear next week, when Xiaomi will reveal what it has in store for its fans. Until then, we can only speculate if this leaked image is the real deal or not.
