The public beta version of Android 11 was supposed to be revealed back in May at Google I/O. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, it was moved to June 3rd. But once again, Google has decided to delay the unveiling of the Android 11 Beta.
In a May 30 tweet, the developers of Android said they were excited to announce more new stuff about Android 11 but then decided that “now is not the time to celebrate.” Currently, the US is experiencing a nationwide civil unrest caused by police brutality and death of a person of color.
The devs haven’t given a new date to release the Android 11 Beta, which is basically a preview of what to look forward to in the final version that’s slated for the third quarter this year. The beta will also let the public help the devs work out the bugs and kinks that cause instabilities and performance issues.
