DITO Chief Administrative Officer Adel Tamano said in a statement that everyone should only purchase DITO SIM cards from the brand’s partners, resellers, DITO official stores, and official online partner stores to keep you safe from any issues.

Interested buyers can check a list of authorized partners and resellers on their website. Tamano also reiterated that DITO SIM cards are available via their official stores in Shopee and Lazada.

The executive also warned sellers who put the DITO branding on third-party modems that they may face prosecution for intellectual property infringement.

As of today, no DITO-official modem or pocket WiFi devices have been released yet.

DITO cannot and will not guarantee the performance and service should our SIM cards be used in these unauthorized devices in the market today,”

Atty. Adel Tamano, DITO Chief Administrative Officer

But, Tamano did ensure the public that they are currently testing compatible devices. Those who will pass will be added to the list.
