Infinix has become one of the fastest-growing brands in the world, especially in the Philippines. This is thanks to the great price-to-performance value of their smartphones.

While Infinix is already known for its reasonable prices, it appears that a lot of consumers are still being scammed by sellers who are offering counterfeit or fake products.

Hence, Infinix Philippines has issued a warning against scammers and counterfeit products and encouraged buyers to only transact from their official Lazada store, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and through the physical stores listed on their website: https://ph.infinixmobility.com/find-a-store.

Infinix has also demonstrated how you can tell if a product is legitimate by looking at the box. As per Infinix, an original box has a brighter shade of green, smaller fonts, an Infinix logo on the top left, and a taller box. You can check the images below:

Still, box markings like this can be easily faked. So, to make sure you’re looking at a legitimate model, it’s best to get it from an official Infinix store.
