Like the Dimensity 800 and 720, the Dimensity 800U comes bundled with ARM Mali-G57 MC3 GPU. It also supports 120Hz refresh rate screens.
Compared to the 700 series, the latest iteration in the Dimensity series is said to be 1.4 seconds faster when running top games. In addition, benchmark scores also show 11% and 28% faster performance in both CPU and GPU, respectively, highlighting better efficiency.
Bringing 5G connectivity, the Dimensity 800U has an embedded 5G modem that is capable of supporting dual mode 5G (NSA/SA), dual SIM dual stand-by, and carrier aggregation. Furthermore, it also has 5G Ultrasave technology.
