Xiaomi Philippines opens its first exclusive service center in the country.

The first Xiaomi Official Service Center in the Philippines opened last December 18, 2021, and is located on the ground floor, Serendra Wing of the Market! Market! mall in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig.

As you can see from the fancy interior, the service center aims to provide customers “VIP treatment and seamless experience” that starts from the product purchase up to the time when they need after-sales support for their gadgets.

Before this official service center, Xiaomi has expanded its aftersales touchpoints this year. The tech company has opened an additional 20 more sites across the country, which adds to last year’s newly-opened 10 service centers. The company also appointed 10 new authorized service centers for its TV products.

To further boost its after-sales capabilities, the company has created the Xiaomi Contact Center earlier this year for its customers in the Philippines and the Americas.


As for what’s to come, the company announced that it will be adding another Exclusive Center next year to support its mobile offerings, as well as AiOT and ecosystem products.

The company is also gearing up to launch an online customer service portal to give chat support and will allow users to check the status of their repairs.


Those who want to experience Xiaomi’s after-sales service can proceed to the said Exclusive Service Center or any other authorized providers and present their Xiaomi smartphone or Xiaomi Pad 5 that needs repairing.

A representative will assess the device and its warranty coverage. After which a service order will be created. Depending on the intensity of the repair, customers can expect their fully repaired product back within a day or more.
