Xiaomi-Redmi-5A-Price-Specs

Xiaomi has officially sent out invites earlier this morning for the upcoming launch of its new budget smartphone — the Redmi 5A.

Last month, Grimalkin Corporation has finally opened the doors of the first ever authorized Mi store in the Philippines. They brought a lot of Xiaomi products, including a smart rice cooker, air purifier, bags, pen, and more.

The Xiaomi Redmi 5A was first unveiled in last year and it has been one of the hottest affordable smartphones since then.

UPDATE: Xiaomi Redmi 5A Review

Aside from the Redmi 5A, there will also be other Xiaomi products to be unveiled at the said event. However, the invite didn’t release details about them as of yet.

Since they’re still working on their entry in the Philippines, Xiaomi currently has limited authorized resellers for now. In case you’re interested in buying a product right now, you can check out the full list here to see if you have one near you.

No price has been indicated as of the moment, but we expect it to be close to its pricing in China (~Php5,500), considering all other Xiaomi products available in the Mi store are priced reasonably.
