OPPO’s upcoming smartphone, the Reno Ace 2 is soon to hit the shelves. The good thing is that we no longer need to wait for the official launch since the device’s complete specifications and photos were already posted in TENAA.
Based on the leaked specs, the OPPO Reno Ace 2 features a 6.5-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display. It also has an in-display fingerprint scanner and a punch hole in the upper-left for its 16-megapixel front camera.
Moreover, it comes powered by a 2.8GHz octa-core processor, which most likely is Snapdragon 865 SoC. It also runs the latest Android 10 and comes in two variants — 8GB/128GB and 12GB/256GB. As expected, the Reno Ace 2 also supports 5G.

At the back of the phone, is a circular platform housing its four cameras. The 48-megapixel snapper is the main shooter, while the other cameras include one 8-megapixel and two 2-megapixel lenses. The leak did not state what the other cameras’ functions are. However, it is most likely that the 8-megapixel snapper will be for ultrawide while the other two are for depth and macro functions.
More importantly, the highlight of the OPPO Reno Ace 2 is that it comes with fast charging of up to 65W and an insanely fast 40W wireless charging.
The OPPO Reno Ace 2 will be available in three colors namely: Black, Blue, and Purple. No word yet when the smartphone will arrive in the Philippines. The pricing has not been revealed either. For now, we’ll have to wait for the official announcement.
