Amid the fierce competition of being the best internet service provider, Converge ICT says they remain undeterred in giving the fastest internet service in the Philippines.

The claim to being the fastest ISP in the block is not without its merit, however, with both customers and award-giving bodies alike putting weight to the assertion.

Converge Chief Operations Officer (COO) Jesus C. Romero said that while “being fast is elementary,” what is more important are the consistency and satisfaction of the customers with the service they are getting.

Where the national median download speed is set at 92.09 Mbps, the Dennis Anthony Uy-owned company breaks ground with a median download speed of 94.39 Mbps in the first quarter of 2023—almost double the rate from the same quarter of 2022.

The exceeding of expectations with the service is not just felt in a few concentrated locations, however; but rather across almost the entire spectrum or 15 out of 16 regions that are being served by the ISP.

A feat such as the aforementioned is certainly worthy of recognition, and Ookla® is at the forefront of giving Convergence the “Best ISP Video Experience in the Philippines” for the second half of 2022 via the Speedtest Award™, reflecting consumers’ experiences across six months.

Even the Asian Telecom Awards 2023 has taken notice such that it awarded the ISP the Broadband Telecom Company of the Year (Philippines)—the ICT company’s second in a row.

Since entering the fixed broadband market in 2016, Converge ICT has proven itself a force to be reckoned with, not only by reputation but also with the capability to disrupt the industry and elevate the standards, which we now experience today.
