DITO Telecommunity has finally launched its Prepaid eSIM. This is after the majority of its competition (Smart, Globe, and TnT) already had theirs for quite some time.
You can get the DITO Prepaid eSIM through their eshop.dito.ph, which is only accessible via mobile browser. It comes bundled with the DITO Level-Up 99 promo that has 9GB of all-access data, unlimited texts to all networks, unlimited calls to other DITO numbers, and 150-minute calls to other networks. The promo is valid for 15 days.
The best part is, that the eSIM only costs Php99 — the same price as the free prepaid promo, so it’s basically like you’re getting the eSIM for free. Also, that’s the same price as the competition.
Before making the purchase, make sure your smartphone is eSIM compatible. After purchasing the eSIM, go to your device’s Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM > Scan the QR code provided by DITO, then follow the succeeding activation steps.
Once in, you should register the eSIM via the DITO App. Restart your phone and you’re good to go.
