  1. I tried a number of times to request disconnection. You will be prompted to My Home Account, you will never see an option to disconnect the service. All you’ll see are upgrade and boost with additional fees. The speedtest is showing only 20% serviceability for this line. VERY inefficient! GLOBE Fiber is much better. I get 80% serviceability. PLDT subscription is a waste!

      I want to cutoff my homebro ultera service, i tried to call ur hotline 171, but i cant pass on because they me my SRN number, i cant remember my Srn number, i just used my account account number when i paying at Cebuana lhuillier Branch. Please help me. What should i do, iwant to cutoff my internet connction, because the connction service was not good enough in our area, and i have know another internet connction that has a good signal at our area… Please respond… Thank you.

  2. Many subscribers posted their concern on their subscription. Are these sent to PLDT for their actions and will they receive any reply?

    1. My contract with PLDT already expired last year, my previous subscription was 20mbps worth 1999 per month, but now 20mbps is only 1699 but PLDT still bills me 1999 for almost a year can I get a refund for overcharging, i doubt it is 20mbps also as always have poor connection, overall disappointed, i will terminate their service once n for all and check for a better ISP.

  3. My contract has been expired many years ago but still continuing my subscription of my pldt home wifi of plan 1299. Due to lockdown, my children was forced to work from home and they want an urgent upgrade of my plan. Unfortunately, I tried to contact your 171 hotline but the voicemail said your call agent is not available. In view of this, i was forced to apply from other internet service provider since april 2020. Please serve this as my notice of cancellation and/or terminatiom of my contract. I would appreciate your immediate reelsponse. Thank you

  4. I want to cancel my pldt ultera and will upgrade into pldt fibr. Please someone can assist us. We need to terminate the past contract because we are having a new one. Immediate response is highly appreciated. Thank you.

    1. I have been calling 171 for quite sometime yet it is not acceprinf the service e ref number of my smartbro turned ultera as i am terminating the ultera

      Since it is covid, can we apply for termination on line submitting the requirement but paying termination ahead (upon calling 171)
      so as to submit the receipt

    2. To PlDt. Home DSl,
      I would like to terminate my account tel. 0282852036 with account no 0250199945 the reason is poor of service internet..very slow connection.. And no Fiber line in our place.. Its been Finished contract service.. I report this to customer service with your hotline in 171 to terminate or cut the service.. But the Email they gave to us is PLDTHomeRetensionOpspldt.com.ph. and the mailer said it is wrong email.. so pls notify to my email the correct email so i can send my Valid id and my last payment via Gcash of my pldt dsl.. To clear my cut or termination ..thank you

We had an upgrade from DSL to Fibr home and after a few days installed by PLDT engineers and the old DSL wire, junction box and modem terminated straight away as the new Fiber optic internet with the new modem was working satisfactory. From that moment in September 2021 we receive 2 bills from PLDT, the old DSL contract and the new Fibr Home contract.
      The PLDT office told us that the old contract will be terminated as soon as the new Fibr Home connection is installed but ever since the bills of the old contract are stacking up while we pay the new contract monthly.
      Now we are black listed

  5. I am closing my pldt account because i am not satisfied with the poor services in our area and its getting terrible

Hi i just want to confirm my cancellation of service because were not able to visit to your office because of locked down last June 2020, i have talked to one of your agent regarding my request to cancel the service since we are moving to different address and no line of sight of your service in my new place,he advised me to settle the balance only which we did and he will take care of it…but recently i have recieved a text messages regarding my outstanding balance..why?

  6. Our internet has been down for more than two weeks now and because of this I would like to terminate my account with PLDT, do I still need to pay termination fee even though it is their fault since they were not able to fix the issue?

    1. Our internet has been down for 2 months because of lockdown and we would like to terminate my account. How can we process the termination without going to the office?

  7. Since, I want an urgent installation cause i badly need it at home to work.And i think it takes time to install due to community lockdown. I only used wireless connection instead . So, I wish to Discontinue my application,since i don’t have any existing PLDT account and approvals. And also I can’t wait any longer.

    1. We wish to terminate our pldt subscription due to some reasons, we are just student boarders at Gensan and due to the community lockdown, we are staying currently in our respective provinces. Unfortunately, there is no PLDT office branch here in out province. So how can we process the termination?

  8. I would like to cancel my application simce i no lknger need the wired internet connection. I tried to contact 171 hotline but voicemail said to log in to website.
    I have no existing PLDT account uet but i wish to discontinue my application.
    Do i still need to go to their office to ask them to cancel my application? We are under comminicty lockdown as of now. Can anyone help me cancelnit instead.

  10. you can terminate your account in PLDT if the reason is poor service. BECAUSE in the contract it stated that they WILL PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE. so meaning they breach the contract. just saying

      I would to terminate my pldt home wifi. Since March, we have numerous complaints to fix the poor/no Internet connection for days but, since then of this year there was no improvement at all.Bills continue, but the promise of less on the said no connection had not reflected You may check our recorded calls and several visits of your repair man.
