  1. I wanted to cancel my application because I no longer needed an internet connection due to. where having an modified lockdown again in our area. I tried to email them but they always blocking my email.

  2. want to request for termination my account in PLDT any way how? without going to their office, the reason is poor connection since lockdown begin, trying to call 171 sometimes no once answer only the recoreded voicemail April and May 3 weeks no connection then 1 time answer my call in 171 then connection back but when july comes start also in troubling the connection paying with nothing.

  3. We had outage when we needed them the most, during the COVID period (April-May). We spent our personal data to compensate WFH and Onsite. Then, the service went back on June1 then down again on June 6 until now.

    I had about 6 outage tickets for this account in just several months. It will take their months for their technical team to look at your problem would always put in-house wiring in their report. WHAT??

    May i know the current status of my Ultera with account number 0707756646 under my name. As of this writing i have not received any billing statement from your end. Also i did not know if i already finish the lock in period with my ultera.

    In this light i would like to terminate the said service as soon as possible. The hot line you given to us is not reachable at all.

    Have applied for disconnection of my PLDT landline account 0071219178 tel 02885005 last June 19, 2020 at PLDT Las Pinas office paid P2,397.17 a disconnection form was dropped on your PLDT box outside of the entrance, howcome sent a text message regarding my current bill amounting to P1,692.12 due on July 30, 2020.

  6. Due to the Covid, we were not able to home so by the time we were able to go back home, we noted that we did not have internet. So we went and pay the 4 months from our account. We were expecting for the return of our internet but no net came back as days went by. We called and they said our lock in was terminated since March 26. What outrages me ws they did not tell us beforehand, they just let us pay April, May and June and telling us that can not be refunded that we should have called earlier, what is the best recommendation to this?

  7. i want to terminate my pldt acct no. 0252986170 with tel no 023728533, the reason is i don’t have internet since june 15, it’s so hard to call for repair, so i decide to end my contract since it’s always happen, I’m satisfied with the service since then. Thank you very much

    Terminating my PLDT account due to extremely poor service. Di bomba internet service nila. Tawag ka ngayon (spend at least 30mins) makakagamit ka ng internet for 1 to 2 days. After that, wala nanaman. Bomba ulit, tawag ulit….

    To PLDT, your greed and desire for profit profit profit will eat you up dead. Your duopoly with Globe has rendered us, users, at your mercy.
