  1. i have pldt home fibr bundled with landline since 2016

    since landline is rarely used this year, i’m considering cutting it off –
    just terminate the landline but retain internet service.

    does pldt allow that? if ys, it is an easy process? is it worth the trouble?

    They have very bad service and don’t really cares about the customers and subscribers.
    This is really bad company.
    Its really opposite of their tag line.

  3. I applied for the 50 mbps fiber plan of the PLDT from an online agent from Facebook.
    They called me and said that it’s not available in my area yet so they sent me a temporary WiFi modem.. pldthome powered by Smart.. It is so stressful because the Internet is very poor and most of the time there is no Internet at all. So i am using a globe at home prepaid WiFi instead. While the pldthome powered by Smart is always on..it has no Internet so i also use the globe at home prepaid WiFi.. and it is working better than the PLDT. I kept paying monthly bills and I want to Terminate it.

  4. I requested cancellation of my PLDT subscription on July 22 and I already have a service order/job ID number. But until today (Aug 4), my service is still active. I keep on calling the 171 CS hotline and they’re always telling me they already forwarded my concern to appropriate dept. Anyone who also experienced this? And what else do I need to do? I’m worried I will still be billed for next billing period.

  5. Bago po ako nagpakabit ng PLDT wifi, tinanong ko muna and agent kung no lock in period ba yan, sabi saken, yes any time puide pa cancelled. Ngayon nag enquire ako gusto ko na pa terminate meeon daw babayaran 3x ng monthly bill. Ei ayaw ko magbayad kasi kasi no lock in period sabi saken. Ma rerelocate na kasi ako sa manila wala ng gagamit ng wifi.

  7. I would like to cancel my application since i no longer need the wired internet connection.Because Im here at the province I tried to contact 171 hotline but voicemail said to log in to website.
    I have no existing PLDT account uet but i wish to discontinue my application.
    Do i still need to go to their office to ask them to cancel my application? We are under comminicty lockdown as of now. Can anyone help me cancel instead.
