  1. Today i was in PLDT office, to terminate my internet connection. Cause its been almost 2 weeks we dont have connection, and I been contacted the PLDT care service and they give a repair ticket and i was expecting that technician wil come and fix it, but no one showed up to fix the problem, and i contacted again, and they give me another new repair ticket and tell me i have to wait 3 to4 days. So i decided to go there im the office and talk to them about to terminate my internet connect. They just tell me that, they can’t disconnect my internet cause i have to finish 2 or 3 years contract. 😔😔

I think PLDT cannot ask for pre termination fee from us client because we don’t know that their is an existing policy that their is a lock in period of 2 years, we did not sign any contract at all. We want to terminate our subscription from them due to poor service and low internet connection. Please somebody answer me.

  3. i got a call from pldt for my request for disconnection but they are asking me to give personal information. why will i do that??? please advise on how I can proceed.

Good day maam/sir i have already settled my account in the amount of 10987.00 with account number 0252471758 last July 06 2021 and i am made request for disconnection of same date and my question why the legal office of your company keep on message to me that i am ignoring their request to settled that amount and the thruth i am already settled it. Thank you and more power.

  5. I would to terminate my PLDT account because of its poor WiFi connection..I paid my bill even if we were not able to use it well…can you terminate it immediately now..

  6. Hi! I would like to ask your opinion on our current situation with PLDT. We stopped using PLDT for over a year now and started using another internet service, but we did not cancel our account and forget that we ever used PLDT, lol. But recently we receive an email from a law office stating that we need to settle our account and if not there will be a case against us. Is this email valid or we will just be blacklisted from PLDT, like what is stated in this blog? Thank you!

  7. Last year pa ako nag request ng termination through emails and phone call sa mga customer service nyo pero walang action na ginawa. Di kayo nag rereply sa email pero ang bilis nyo mag send ng billing through email. Tuloy parin kayo padala ng billing kahit wala ng internet at dialtone since May 2020. Binalahura pa ng crew ninyo ang mga wirings at splitter na dapat nilang ayusin. Sino ang matutuwa sa serbisyo ninyo??? Bakit ako magbabayad na hindi ko naman nagagamit??? Very poor service ..

    I would like to terminate our previous PLDT Account which is Account # 0144550986 for the reason that we subscribed to PLDT Home Fibr Plan.
