Apart from numerous streaming platforms increasing their subscription fees, YouTube Premium is also getting a price hike here in the Philippines.
The YouTube Premium price hike in the Philippines will begin on October 2024, with the monthly subscriptions increasing by up to an extra Php140 per month.

From its current price of Php159, the Individual Plan will get an Php30 increase to Php189. Meanwhile, the Family Plan that currently cost Php239 will get a Php140 price hike to Php379 come October.
Even the Student plan have increased from Php95 to Php115 per month.
Again, the price hike will take effect on October 2024, so you have time to decide whether you want to keep your YouTube Premium subscription, especially after Netflix, Disney+, Spotify, and other streaming platforms have increased their prices in the last couple of months.
