Looking for a cheap and basic smartphone? You might want to check out the Cherry Mobile Desire R7 mini.
Unlike the Desire R7 and R7 Plus, the company really toned down this handset. This humble device has a set of features that only the least demanding consumer would appreciate. It is sitting next to the Cloudfone Go Connect and other cheap devices that are made to cover only the basics.
The Cherry Mobile Desire R7 mini has an appropriately-sized small 4-inch IPS display with an undisclosed resolution. It also has 1.3GHz quad-core processor with only 512MB of RAM. This can be a real bad news if you’re planning on installing and using different apps at once.
And with its 4GB of internal storage, I do suggest that you should really know what you’re getting into before purchasing this device. After buying, the consumer should definitely consider getting a microSD for extra storage space.
But on the bright side, it looks like this phone has a sturdy build quality. Judging by the picture above, the handset looks a bit identical to the old iPhone 4. It rocks that boxy look with metal sides that wraps around the smartphone.
