Doogee is indeed trying really hard to have their presence felt. Other than releasing smartphones with bizarre features, the company is also eager to come up with something new really fast. And now, the brand has announced yet another “bezel-less” smartphone, the Doogee Mix Lite.
The Doogee Mix Lite comes a few months after the standard Doogee Mix was announced. More so, just a few days after the Doogee Mix 2 was also revealed. This one is obviously the smaller and cheaper version of the first model. However, this handset has a smaller body thanks to its 5.2-inch HD display.
But other than its compacts design, it is pretty much the same with the original Doogee Mix which we reviewed.
It still has that almost bezel-less screen, a thick chin that houses both the fingerprint scanner and the front camera. And of course, there’s the glass and metal build combo. However, the relocated dual rear cameras as the back single-handedly altered the looks of the device. The duo is now oriented vertically and positioned in the middle.
The cameras are two 13-megapixel sensors, with the other one sporting a subtle 88-degree wide-angle lens. At the front, it has an 8-megapixel selfie shooter with, yet again, a subtle 90-degree wide-angle lens.
Moreover, it looks like processing performance isn’t the Doogee Mix Lite’s strongest suit. It only has a MediaTek quad-core processor, with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. Still, when you consider the price and all the mumbo-jumbo that comes with it, it’s not too shabby for a smartphone.
