Back in May, only a handful of devices were revealed to be supported by Huawei’s HarmonyOS. That list has since grown to 65 devices as of August.
As announced by the official HarmonyOS account on Weibo, the stable version of Harmony OS 2 is now available across several series of smartphones. The Mate 40, Mate 30 and P30 series received support by June.
The list of supported devices grew further when models in the Huawei nova 5, nova 6, nova 7, nova 8, Mate 20, and Mate X series were included in July. Some more China-only devices were given support this month.
At this rate, it looks like Huawei will be able to fulfill its plan of supporting about 100 devices for HarmonyOS 2.0 The company has been busy migrating its devices to its Android alternative, with an aim of 100,000 million installs by year-end. The flagship P50 series is expected to help Huawei reach its target.
