The Honor 50 SE has been introduced as a cheaper alternative to the also-new Honor 50 flagships.

As the name suggests, the Honor 50 SE is the younger sibling of the Honor 50 and 50 Pro. Despite that, it retains a couple of key features that the more expensive models have.

It still has a 120Hz refresh rate for starters, but it’s now in a 6.78-inch LCD screen instead of AMOLED.

Because of this, the in-display fingerprint scanner was relocated to the side.

The ultra-sharp 108-megapixel main camera, 8-megapixel ultra-wide, and macro cameras are still here, but the fourth sensor is now gone.

Other than that, everything is the same. It uses the same 4,000mAh battery with 66W charging that the vanilla variant has. Plus, the comeback of Google Mobile Services (GMS) support on its Android 11-based Magic UI 4.2.
