Honor 8S 2020 with GMS unveiled

Huawei and Honor is trying to milk more money out of their last GMS-supported devices by releasing their 2020 versions. This time, we have the Honor 8S 2020.

Much like the new versions of the P30 Pro and P Smart, the new Honor 8S 2020 is pretty much the same as the Honor 8S that we got back in July 2019. But this time, it comes with 3GB of RAM and 64GB of storage (from 2GB/32GB), and will be available in the United Kingdom for a price of GBP99.99 (~Php6,300).

To keep its Google Mobile Services support, Honor can’t change much on the 8S 2020. Hence, it still runs on Android 9 Pie with EMUI 9.

It has an underpowered MediaTek Helio A22 quad-core processor with a decent 3,020mAh battery.

There’s a compact 5.7-inch HD+ screen on the front, with a 5-megapixel selfie camera on top. While on the back, we have a single 13-megapixel primary camera. You can check the full specs list below.
