It didn’t take long enough before alleged photos of another Samsung product spread throughout the Internet. Leaked images of a prototype of the Samsung’s next edition phablet, the Galaxy Note 3, have been posted online.
Sammobile and TechTastic, who also posted alleged photos of the Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom, are once again the source of the leaked images, which this time appears to be of a Galaxy Note III phablet prototype. Given its size, some may think that it’s a Galaxy Mega 6.3, but the thin bezel, high resolution display, and unique corners say otherwise.
If the circulating rumors are to be believed, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 touts a 6-inch sAMOLED display, 13MP rear shooter, and the latest version of Android OS. A Snapdragon 800 processor or Samsung’s very own Exynos octa-core CPU may run under the hood. As with previous iterations, the phablet is to come equipped with its signature S-Pen stylus.

It’s important to note that the leaked photos appear to be of a prototpype of the Galaxy Note 3. As such, the real device may turn out to be entirely different in appearance during its public release. Given the wild success the first two Samsung phablets have enjoyed so far, we can at least be sure that the Korean smartphone maker is no doubt going to churn out a third version soon. The company is expected to give an official announcement for the phablet at IFA 2013 in Berlin.
