Lenovo has launched a new tablet in the Philippines that goes by the name Lenovo Tab3 7 LTE.

Gadgets with large displays seem to be the rave of the moment and Lenovo is leaving no stone unturned in ensuring it grab its own share of the market. The new tablet features a simple design and a modest specs lineup which places it in the mid-budget category.

The new tablet was released without much pomp, perhaps because it’s not so spectacular to spend resources for a launch event. The Lenovo Tab3 7 LTE comes with a 7-inch IPS screen with 1024 x 600 pixel resolution and a pixel density of 170ppi. The tablet is powered by a 1.0 GHz 64-bit MediaTek processor which is backed by 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of storage onboard. A Mali T720 GPU is also inside the device and it does a decent job of rendering the graphics. Also, the tablet has a 3450mAh battery under its hood and an IP52 water splash resistance rating. Nothing really tickles on the camera end as there is just a 5MP main camera at the rear, and a 2MP in front.
