nubia was also at MWC 2024 and introduced the new nubia Flip 5G.

Remember the ZTE Libero Flip, one of the cheapest foldable phones? It came out in Japan a few days ago and we were worried it would never be available elsewhere like other phones that came out in that country. That’s not the case, as the new nubia Flip 5G is a rebranded version of that smartphone.

That said, nubia’s flip phone is very identical to ZTE’s — even the dimensions are the same. What we have here is a 6.9-inch foldable OLED screen and another 1.43-inch circular panel on the cover.

It has the same Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor, 6GB/128GB RAM and storage, a 50-megapixel main camera, and a hinge that’s been designed to keep its integrity after over 200,000 folds.

The nubia Flip 5G has a price of USD599 (~Php33,600) in the United States. Hopefully, we get to see it in the Philippines soon.
