OPPO’s current premium midrange offering, the Reno 8 5G, gets a new colorway in the Philippines.

The new OPPO Reno 8 5G Sunkissed Beige has a splash of gold with a glossy finish. It just looks extra fancy in this color. Since it’s a newer release, it will ship with the new Android 13-based ColorOS 13.

What’s more, it also has 12GB of RAM, which is 4GB more than the standard version’s 8GB of memory. This shall give you an extra performance boost, especially in multitasking, allowing you to have more apps running in the background without closing.

This puts it on par with the Pro version, which has the same amount of RAM.

The rest of the specs are the same. It still has a Dimensity 1300 octa-core processor with 5G connectivity. Storage is still at 256GB, 4,500mAh for the battery, and has a whopping 80W wired fast charging.

Also here are the 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen, 90Hz refresh rate, 50-megapixel main camera, 32-megapixel front shooter, and in-display fingerprint scanner.

The OPPO Reno 8 5G 12GB Sunkissed Orange has a price of Php29,999, while the standard 8GB of RAM is at Php27,999. Those who will get the new version in stores will get a Php1,000 discount on OPPO accessories that are worth over Php3,000 until January 31.
