Realme-5-Pro-Features

Realme is keeping the momentum going by releasing the new Realme 5 and 5 Pro.

Following up the Realme 3 and 3 Pro, both the Realme 5 and 5 Pro will bring changes in the camera, processor, design, and battery departments.

Realme-5

Let’s start with the Realme 5. As expected, this is going to be the more affordable model. Which is why we’re only getting an HD+ resolution screen. On the upside, it’s relatively bigger at 6.5-inch and will feature an enormous 5,000mAh battery.

The device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor. The second device to have this chipset, right next to the Xiaomi Mi A3. You can get it with up to 4GB/128GB of RAM and storage configuration.

The Realme 5 also sports a quad-camera setup on the back. There’s a 12-megapixel primary shooter, an ultra-wide-angle 8-megapixel sensor, a portrait lens, and lastly, a 2-megapixel macro camera that can go really close at 4cm from the subject.

Both devices will also offer crystal design with a nano holographic color, which is reminiscent of the OPPO F9 from last year.

Realme-5-Pro-Specs

The Realme 5 Pro, being the more premium option, will feature a sharper FHD+ screen, but with a smaller size of 6.3-inches. Its smaller body also translated to a downsized 4,035mAh battery. Still, this should provide a sleeker look and design, proving its superiority over the former.

Under the hood, we have a more powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 processor, a step up from the Realme 3 Pro. You can get this device with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

Probably the main highlight here is its quad-camera setup. It shares an identical camera setup to the vanilla model. But this time, the 12-megapixel lead sensor was upgraded to a more capable 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 primary camera.
