While everyone is busy at MWC 2019 in Barcelona, Samsung went a little sneaky as they release two new midrange devices outside the event. Here we have the new Samsung Galaxy A30 and Galaxy A50.

These new devices come out just days after the flagship Galaxy S10 series went live — beefing up the company’s portfolio for 2019. Both the Samsung Galaxy A30 and Galaxy A50 boasts large 4,000mAh batteries and ‘3D Glasstic’ designs on the back.

The Samsung Galaxy A30 will feature a large 6.4-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED screen, with the Infinity-U notch on top that is starting to become a norm in current Samsung devices.

It also has an Exynos 7885 processor, a 16-megapixel sensor for selfies, and a 16-megapixel + 5-megapixel dual-camera setup on the back.

On the other hand, we have the Samsung Galaxy A50, which has the same 6.4-inch Super AMOLED screen. But since it’s a more premium option, it boasts a more powerful Exynos 9610 processor, has a beefier 25-megapixel selfie snapper, and a triple-camera configuration at the back.

It also gets to have an in-display fingerprint scanner and more generous RAM and storage options.
