Samsung is at it again as SamMobile posted the rumored specs of the new Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 GT-N5100. The Note series seems to be doing really because Samsung decided to develop their line of devices further. Since this slate is an 8-incher, we might as well expect this one to go head to head with the iPad Mini if priced competitively.

If you find the 5.5-inch Galaxy Note 2 phablet a bit bigger for a phone, and the Galaxy Note 10.1 too large for a portable tablet, then this Galaxy Note 8.0 might be the one for you. But wait, it’s not yet available nor confirmed by Samsung.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 will boast an 8-inch 1280×800 Super Clear LCD display to be on the portable side and of course, to serve as a reinforcement to their 7-inch Galaxy Tab 2 tablets that was overthrown by the likes of the Nexus 7. It will run on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and will be sporting a 1.6GHz quad-core processor and 2GB of RAM to take any task that you want to throw in.

But what’s the killer here? Well, I guess you already knew it? It’s the S-Pen! The Galaxy Note family’s main asset is probably the integration of a productive stylus.
