The Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e just became official. This is the company’s lightest and thinness Android tablet yet, which only weighs 400g and measures in at 5.5 mm.
This latest device sports a large 10.5-inch WQXGA Super AMOLED screen and runs on Android 8 Oreo With Samsung’s One UI. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e is also powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 670 octa-core processor and comes with either 4GB/64GB or 6GB/128GB RAM and storage configuration.
Despite its skinny metal body, the Galaxy Tab S5e has a 7,040mAh battery, which is enough to get you through 14.5 hours of video playback.
The Galaxy Tab S5e also boasts four speakers tuned by AKG, similar to the Tab S4 10.5. There’s an 8-megapixel front-facing camera, too. This is also the first Samsung tablet that features the new Bixby 2.0 and has a Samsung DEX support.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e is available in three colors: Black, Silver, and Gold. The WiFi-only version costs USD399 (Php 21,000) while the LTE one comes at USD541 (Php 28,400). It will be available in select markets including Germany, U.S. and other countries in Q2 of 2019.
