Samsung subtly reintroduced the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite with a slightly revamped 2022 model.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite 2022 offers a couple of subtle improvements from the 2020 version, yet is still cheaper than the Galaxy Tab S7 FE.

Under the hood, the 2022 version is now powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G processor that’s built from a more efficient 8nm process, versus last year’s Exynos 9611 at 10nm. This should translate to a bump in multitasking and gaming performance.
And since it’s a newer device, the Tab S6 Lite 2022 will ship with Android 12 out of the box. Last year’s model was eventually updated to the latest OS version, but will only be entitled to another one. Being a newer model, the 2022 may still get another two.

The rest of the specs are identical. We still have a roomy 10.4-inch screen with a 2000 x 1200 pixel resolution as a canvass for the included S Pen. Being a budget option, it uses an LCD panel instead of AMOLED. Audio is handled by two AKG-tuned speakers in a stereo setup, Dolby Atmos, and a headphone jack.
There’s a 5-megapixel camera on the front, and an 8-megapixel on the back while keeping the lights on is a 7,040mAh battery.
