Not a lot of people are into quad-core smartphones these days. But in case you do, check out this latest one from TCL, the TCL 305.

The TCL 305 is powered by a MediaTek Helio A22 quad-core chipset that came out many years ago. It’s paired with an apt 2GB of RAM, 64GB of expandable storage, and runs on Android 11 Go Edition to keep things running as smooth as the hardware can.

There’s a decently-sized 6.52-inch HD+ IPS screen, at least, with modes for reading, comfort, and night-time usage. There’s a waterdrop notch for the 5-megapixel selfie camera. Around the back, we have a 13-megapixel main shooter, 2-megapixel macro, 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a fingerprint scanner.

Keeping the lights on is a 5,000mAh battery that charges via the USB Type-C port. Connectivity features include 4G LTE with VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, and a headphone jack.
