Another massive smartphone has been unveiled by ZTE.
The ZTE Nubia Z11 Max has a large 6-inch Super AMOLED Gorilla Glass 3 display with 1.32mm bezels on the sides. It’s occupying 83.27% of the body, a very impressive feat. While it has an astounding size, the Nubia Z11 Max is extremely thin at just 7.4mm. The body of the handset is predominantly aluminum, with double sided glass design and smooth round corners.
A 1.8GHz Snapdragon 652 chipset is running the show together with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of eMMC 5.0 internal storage which can further be expanded to 200GB through a microSD card. There’s also a seperate Hi-Fi decoder chip and amplifier to enhance the audio quality of the device.
The phablet features a Sony IMX298 16-megapixel rear camera with phase detection autofocus, f/2.0 aperture, and ZTE’s NeoVision 5.9 Imaging software. An 8-megapixel shooter is included in front.
A massive smartphone means a massive battery, so ZTE gave the Nubia Z11 Max a 4,000mAh battery pack. With the help of the power efficient Super AMOLED display and NeoPower 2.0 technology for saving power, the company promises impressive battery life.
ZTE Nubia Z11 Max is priced at 1999 Yuan (~$304, ~Php14,000). As the newly announced ambassador of ZTE, there will also be a custom Cristiano Ronaldo signed Z11 Max that will be priced at $350 (~Php16,000).
