Blizzard is embracing gamers from mobile and desktop platforms by making the new Diablo Immortal game playable on Android, iOS, and PC.
The new Diablo Immortal game will apparently support cross-play and cross-progression. This essentially means that users can have a character that they can play on desktop computers, then continue on their smartphones if they want something more relaxed and portable.
According to the developers, the new game will feature a new storyline, characters, and even additional content that aims to provide an experience that is constantly evolving.
Diablo Immortal is set between Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction and Diablo 3. The story will involve players finding the Fragments of the Worldstone after the stone was shattered by Tyrael and had its pieces scattered all over the Sanctuary.
