Dingdong.PH, the motorcycle delivery service of actor Dingdong Dantes, is expanding to the motorcycle taxi service.
Called the Dingdong Hatid, the MC taxi service will be available within the existing Dingdong app powered by RiderKo.

“Empowered by the true essence of ‘Hatid,’ which resonates to trust, care, and concern, with Dingdong Hatid, we endeavor to provide and redefine an innovative ride-hailing service which is rooted in safety, convenience, and professionalism,” said Dantes, the company’s chief strategy officer.
Joy Tan, Dingdong.ph’s President and CEO said that their MC taxi riders have gone through “comprehensive road and rider safety training and continuous upskilling programs,” which will provide commuters “easier and better ride-hailing experience.”
The Dingdong.ph app has built-in safety features like live agent assistance, an SOS emergency button, and emergency contact tracking.
For convenience, the app features QR and scheduled booking, on-demand booking, and booking preferred riders.
The Dingong Hatid service has been available to Metro Manila commuters starting April 11. Users can book their first ride for free.
First-time users can also use the code SWITCH2HATID to get a free base fare or Php50 off of their first booking when they download and use the service.
