Harry-Potter-Wizards-Unite-Trailer-Android-iOS-Release-Soon

Harry Potter: Wizards Unite  has just dropped a live action trailer of their game. Hinting it’s impending release on iOS and Android devices. While the AR game doesn’t have a release date yet, it’s already begun its beta release in Australia and New Zealand.

The trailer starts off as an emergency broadcast from the Ministry of Magic. Strange phenomena has begun occurring all around the globe, risking the exposure of the wizarding world to Muggles.

The player’s job is to handle these strange phenomena and keeping them safe from Muggle eyes. You’ll start out as a new recruit of the Statute of Secrecy Task Force, established by the Ministry of Magic for the purpose of investigating and containing The Calamity.

Harry Potter: Wizards Unite combines content and characters you know and love from both the original Harry Potter series and the Fantastic Beasts films in a unique Wizarding World experience. It’s up to you to ready your wand, prepare your potions, brush up your spells and help prevent The Calamity from exposing the secrets of the wizarding world.

The game is co-published and co-developed by WB Games San Francisco and Niantic, the same studio the brought us Pokemon Go. The similarities between the two games can be clearly seen but it’s unfair to think of the game as a Harry Potter version of the Pokemon Go game; it’s clearly more than that.

Harry Potter: Wizards Unite is scheduled to be released on iOS and Android this 2019. We’ll be updating this post as soon as we get the exact date of release of the game.
