These cans come with large 10mm dynamic drivers and utilize custom acoustic components. Huawei used a titanium dome that adopts PU with the toughness of PEEK. It essentially means that it could provide music with powerful bass and clear treble.

It comes with a semi in-ear design, which was designed for better fit, comfort by not putting too much pressure on the ears, and slightly eliminating noise. There are three ear tip sizes that come in the box for better fit.

More than that, the buds also come with environmental noise cancellation (ENC), which could eliminate unwanted noise when taking calls. Sadly, it didn’t get to have an actual active noise cancellation (ANC).

Going back to calls, the FreeBuds SE has two beamforming microphones for better voice pickup without the noise.

Each bud can carry 6 hours of juice for music playback and 4 hours on calls. Together with the charging case, the FreeBuds SE can last for up to 24 hours.

It then pairs to your mobile device via the latest Bluetooth 5.2 for low latency and reliable connection. Huawei also rigged each bud with a G-sensor and vibration sensor for more precise tap controls.
