Gamers, especially the true green-blooded Razer fans, have a new gadget to add in their collection. Meet the new Razer Hammerhead true wireless earbuds.
With the Razer Hammerhead, the gaming company is expanding its portfolio by competing in a different territory that devices like the new Apple AirPods Pro have clearly dominated.
The Hammerhead features an angled design that should fit nicely in your ears, with no ear tip required. It’s IPX4 water-resistant, making it perfect for running outdoors (even when raining), or while you’re sweating it out at the gym.
Output is handled by two large 13mm custom-tuned drivers, which Razer claims can deliver crisp treble and deep, satisfying bass. The earbuds also have touch-enabled body so you play/pause music, answer/reject calls, or summon your smartphone’s voice assistant.
Just like all their products, it’s all about speed and reliability with the Razer Hammerhead. It features 60ms of input latency, so it stays synced, especially when you’re watching videos.
It also features Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, an efficient antenna that allows the Hammerhead to last for up to 16hrs with the included charging case.
The Razer Hammerhead is now available in select markets for USD99.99 (~Php5,000). Razer fans in the Philippines will have to wait a bit longer until the company announces its pricing and availability details here in the country.
