Everyone is going on board with the true-wireless earphones game. Joining the craze is Realme, who announced their new Realme Buds Air TWS earphones in India.
The Realme Buds Air has an identical design to the premium Apple AirPods and the Huawei Freebuds 3. It has an angular design to fit snug in the ears. With another hole on the body itself for better sound.
You can also spot a proximity sensor in there, which allows for the auto play/pause feature. It works every time you take it on or off. The stems are also touch-sensitive to help you summon your phone’s voice assistant, control music, and accept/reject calls.
The case has a familiar dental floss-like design, which also doubles as a charging pod and has its own battery for the buds to charge to every time you put them back.
Just like most TWS earphones, opening the case will automatically boot the Realme Buds Air and connect instantly to the last paired device. There’s a pairing button on the middle of the case, with an LED battery indicator on top of it.
For the best possible connectivity, the Buds Air is equipped with Bluetooth 5.0. This antenna is also power-efficient, so you can get more juice out of its battery.
The Realme Buds Air is equipped with 12mm speaker drivers. This shall provide audible and deep bass, despite its not-in-ear form factor.
Those who will purchase a Realme X3 Pro, XT, 5 Pro, X, and X Master in India from December 9 to 16, 2019 will get an INR400 (~Php300). By December 17, we shall have the official price of the Realme Buds Air. It will be available in Black, Red, and Realme’s signature Yellow colorway.
In the meantime, you can check out the Realme Buds 2 and Buds Wireless that are now available in the Philippines.
