Apple announced that it is increasing the charges for its subscription services, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, and the bundled service, Apple One.
From $6.99 per month, the Apple TV+ jumped to $9.99 per month while the Apple Arcade will go from $4.99 to $6.99 per month. Apple News+, which previously cost $9.99 per month, will be charged at a higher cost of $12.99.
Apple One, with the top-end Premier package, which is typically opted by families due to its lower pricing as a bundle, will now cost $37.95 from a previous pricing of $32.95 per month. But a family package that is not Premier tier will require a monthly pay of $25.95 from $22.95 per month. Meanwhile, individual subscribers will be paying $19.95 from $16.95 monthly.

Per an Apple spokesperson (via CNBC), the price hike is effective from October 25, 2023, and will specifically affect those in the “US and other select international markets.”
“Existing subscribers will see these price increases 30 days later, on their next renewal date,” the spokesman added.
With $21.21 billion of generated income during the company’s fiscal third quarter, it makes Apple’s subscription services the company’s second-biggest source of profit, next to the iPhone. The iPhone segment, meanwhile, generated a revenue of $39.67 billion during the same time frame.
