Starting June 6, GrabPay will be charging a convenience fee for cash-in transactions made at 7-Eleven and other over-the-counter stores.
For cash-in transactions at 7-Eleven, Grab will impose a 2-percent convenience fee. For the cash-ins made at the stores listed below, there will be a Php15 transaction fee instead:
- Cebuana Lhuillier
- M. Lhuillier
- Palawan Pawnshop
- RD Pawnshop
- Robinsons Department Store

The additional convenience fee is added to the total amount to be paid upon presenting the reference number to the over-the-counter store.
On the other hand, GrabPay users who want to avoid paying for additional convenience fees can do so by linking their BDO, BPI, or UnionBank bank accounts to their GrabPay wallet and topping up via these bank accounts.
