Forbes recently published its list of The World’s Best Banks for 2023, which included 10 institutions from the Philippines.
According to the prominent business magazine, “trust” is the most important factor for customers. If they can’t trust their bank, “all other perks and services dwindle,” says LatentView Analytics’ Parijat Banerjee.
There are 415 banks worldwide that were able to earn a spot in the Forbes ranking, which were evaluated in categories such as customer services, financial advice, digital services, and more importantly, trust.
